If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund less shipping and payment processing cost. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Circumstances for this Offer of Return and Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been used after receiving them and there is no proof of product design or manufacturing fault. Items that have been damaged during customer's use also cannot be returned or refunded.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
